New articles on the "ProGeo" geodetic software and hardware complex have been published
At the moment, active import substitution is underway in one of the strategically important areas of our country's sovereignty advancement, namely in providing users with high-precision coordinate information. The "ProGeo" geodetic complex being developed by our team includes GNSS receivers, modems, external antennae and software ("ProGeoGNSS", "ProGeoNet", "ProGeoOffice", "ProGeoMobile", "ProGeoAgro") and covers most demanded areas of application in the field of geodesy.
The "ProGeoOffice" program is designed to obtain coordinates with high accuracy by post-processing GNSS measurements and to solve problems of classical geodesy, topographic and aerial surveys, monitoring a movement of objects, processing trajectories (including fast-moving objects with a data recording frequency of up to 100 Hz). Wide functionality is combined with a simple and user-friendly interface, and the program can run on Windows and Linux.
The "ProGeoNet" software platform is designed to manage networks of permanently working GNSS stations that provide high-precision geodetic measurements in real-time and post-processing modes. Main functions include collecting measurement information from network stations, storing and processing it on a server, and transmitting corrections to consumers. Main components include NTRIP caster (running on Linux and Windows), post-processing and network adjustment services, modules for obtaining absolute coordinates and velocities of points based on PPP, calculating spatial fields of weather parameters (troposphere and ionosphere), databases of coordinate systems, geoids, geodetic antenna calibrations, catalogs of coordinates and source data, and a post-processing service. Base station networks are controlled and monitored via a web interface accessible from most PCs and mobile devices, and an NRTK VRS correction server and a cloud-based measurement file processing server work together with the caster. Both the improved NTRIP protocol version 2 and RTCM 3.0 and MSM formats are used, and connection billing is also available.
The "ProGeoAgro" platform is designed to increase efficiency of agricultural works and simplify them by using a combination of computer vision, artificial intelligence, and geodetic equipment to determine field boundaries, map terrain, monitor plant health and supporting structures, detect diseases and pests, evaluate and predict yields, and automate planting, watering, and harvesting processes.
The programs "ProGeoGNSS" (equipment management and configuration; runs on Windows, macOS, Linux) and "ProGeoMobile" (conducting field surveys, evaluating measurement accuracy and data quality; runs on Android) are applications for ProGeo receivers.
The "ProGeo" satellite navigation multi-frequency and multi-system receiver is designed to perform almost all types of geodetic measurements: high-precision geodetic surveying, creation and condensation of geodetic networks, cadastral work, project transfer to a terrain, etc. The receiver works with signals from all existing GNSS (GLONASS, GPS, Galileo, BeiDou, QZSS, NavIC) and has IP67 dust and moisture protection, built-in battery, supports fast charging, Bluetooth. Wi-Fi, and may use additional sensors (inertial navigation system and climate sensor). In RTK mode, a measurement error is 8mm + 1mm/km in plan, and in post-processing mode, it is 2.5 mm + 1 mm/km. Proprietary algorithms such as RTPK are also used to work in a field, increasing accuracy and stability of solutions to values comparable to results of post-processing. In absence of the Internet network, specially designed 2W and 35W radio modems with and without a built-in battery can be used, operating in the range from 410 to 470 MHz. An antenna built into the receiver and an external antenna named "ProAnt" have a highly stable phase center. The ProAnt microstrip antenna has a maximum degree of protection (IP68) and is capable of operating in the harshest weather conditions. Choke Ring external precision multi-frequency antennae have also been developed, and kits can include snow and rain protection cones. ProGeo GNSS receiver and its own specialized VLSI are in the final stage of development, and their mass production will ensure a high degree of localization.
