Speech by the CEO of JSC "NIIMA "Progress"

On October 9, 2024, the XLVI session of the Interstate Council of the CIS Member States on Geodesy, Cartography, Cadastre and Remote Sensing of the Earth was held in Almaty.

In his speech, Zakhar Konstantinovich Kondrashov, CEO of JSC "NIIMA "Progress", emphasized the importance of import substitution of hardware and software systems for performing geodetic work. He noted that such measures become a guarantee of safety, reliability and availability of spatial data. He also emphasized that NIIMA Progress is actively working on creating new solutions that ensure the independence of the CIS countries in the field of spatial data and their use in geodetic and cadastral work.
